Thankful for...Day 20

I'm thankful that so far, I'm making significant progress toward my fitness goals. I talked with one of the trainers this morning to see where I can change my routine (it has been the same since April, after all!) and I'm pretty much going to shake it all up! I'm going to try a cycle class for the first time ever (I'm kinda terrified how much my bum will hurt from those seats!!) and a group power class--which I honestly don't know what to expect from. Hopefully I'll stop being bored with my routine and be able to kick it back into high gear. I know that a lot of people have a hard time on their fitness/weight loss journey and so far, it's honestly been pretty simple, if not easy.
